LearnPad Webpage Control Example
To see LearnPad webpage controls in action, try adding the example resource above to one of your lessons.
It opens this webpage on your LearnPad so you can try some of the example links.
LearnPad Webpage Control
LearnPad can be controlled by specially formed weblinks. For instance LP:PF:12404 will set the profile on the device. This can be used to control content and settings from school intranet pages or virtual learning environments.
Note that the format is the same as the QrKey protocol links and the two are interchangable. Hover over the QrKey in this example to see the raw instruction text as a tooltip.

Embeddeding Links in Documents
Publishing software like Microsoft Word or Kingsoft Office lets you embed hyperlinks in your documents and these can be used to control LearnPad.
However, some of these applications assume all hyperlinks start with http:// (the HTTP URI scheme), and will not accept other URI scheme names (like LP: in the case of LearnPad control). In this case you can use a redirection service. This will open the browser first, then that will forward the instruction to LearnPad. We provide a simple redirection service that you can use by prefixing your commands with http://314160.it79m.group/redirect?uri= as in the example below:
Original Link: LP:PF:12404
Redirected Link: http://314160.it79m.group/redirect?uri=LP:PF:12404
